How we verify claims and handle corrections.
We prioritize primary sources: protocol documentation, onchain data, official specifications, and direct testing. When secondary sources are used, they are cited and, where possible, traced back to a primary source.
Technical claims — chain counts, settlement times, supported assets, fee structures — are checked against the relevant protocol's documentation or onchain evidence. Where a claim cannot be verified, we either label it as unverified or omit it.
When an error is identified, we correct it promptly and note the correction at the bottom of the affected article with the date. Readers can report errors via our Contact page. We aim to acknowledge correction requests within 2 business days.
Protocols change. When a protocol updates its features, fees, or supported chains, we update affected articles and note the review date. Outdated content is reviewed on a regular schedule.
